摘要
对宽带激光熔覆不同熔覆材料的复合涂层的耐磨性能进行研究。结果表明N i60B熔覆层的硬度高于40Cr基材的硬度,N i60B+WC梯度复合涂层具有最高的硬度,对于提高零件的抗磨损性能比较有利;N i60B熔覆层和N i60B+WC熔覆层均适合修复轴类零件;三层梯度复合涂层磨痕宽度最小,具有最好的耐磨性。
According to research on complex coating abradability of different fusion material in laser band laser fusion, results show: the solidity of Ni60B coating is higher than that of 40Cr base material, Ni60B + WC gradient complex coating has the highest solidity helpful to enhance the abradability of accessories; Ni60B coating and Ni60B + WC coating are suitable to fix axial parts; three - layer gradient complex coating has the least abradability breadth, and has the best abradability.
