摘要
从3-甲基-1-苯基-5-吡唑酮出发,经过一系列反应得到5-氯-3-甲基-1-苯基-4-吡唑酰氯,再分别与芳胺反应得到5个未见文献报道的5-氯-3-甲基-1-苯基吡唑-4-酰胺类化合物。其结构经元素分析、1HNMR和IR确认。
5 -chloro- 3- methyl- 1 -phenyl- pyrazole- 4 -carbonyl chloride was obtained by a se- ries of reactions starting from 3 - methyl - 1 - phenyl - 5 - pyrazole - one to. 5 - chloro - 3 - methyl - 1 - phenyl -pyrazole -4 -earbonyl chloride reacted with respective arylamine to yield five new N - (Substitutedl) - aryl - 1,3,5 - trisubstituted - pyrazole - 4 - carboxamide. Their structures were char acterized by, elemental analysis 1H NMR spectra and IR .
