复方甘草甜素治疗博莱霉素致肺纤维化大鼠的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨复方甘草甜素(SNMC)在大鼠肺纤维化中的作用机制。方法采用博莱霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型并给予相应药物,分别于7,14,28 d时检测各组肺组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果SNMC能提高肺组织匀浆中的(SOD)活性,降低MDA的含量。而且SNMC大剂量组的作用优于中小剂量组,呈一定的量效关系。结论SNMC对肺纤维化大鼠的作用机制,可能与通过调节其体内自由基水平、减轻自由基对肺组织结构的氧化损伤有关。 Objective It is to approach the action mechanism of Stronger NEO-Minophagen C (SNMC) in rats with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis, Methods The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycin and respective medicine was given to each group. The levels of SOD and MDA from the lung tissues in the rats were detected in the 7th, 14th and 28th day. Results SNMC could increase the activity of SOD, and decrease the contents of MDA from the lung tissues in the rats. The effect of SNMC in high does group outstripped the middle and low does groups, it has dose-effect relationship in the treatment. Conclusion The probably mechanism of SNMC protecting pulmonary tissues is. SNMC can regulate the levels of free radical in lung tissue, and decrease the oxidative injury of pulmonary tissues caused by free radical in pulmonary fibrosis rats.
