本文通过对商业银行企业文化与商业银行核心竞争力的关联关系进行分析,探讨商业银行企业文化是商业银行核心竞争力之一。文章从商业银行企业文化内涵入手,阐述了商业银行企业文化的四大功能和商业银行企业文化的内容,探讨了商业银行企业文化与核心竞争力的关联关系,说明增强核心竞争力是商业银行发展壮大的趋势。重点强调了商业银行企业文化是核心竞争力的重要组成部分,并就怎样打造一流商业银行企业文化来增强核心竞争力进行了论述。
This article discusses the relationship of corporate culture and competitive advantages of commercial banks to prove the corporate culture is one of the basic elements of the competitive advantages of a commercial bank.
Based on the connotation of the corporate culture of the commercial banks, this article identified the four major functions of corporate culture as well as the details of the corporate culture of the commercial banks, to discuss the linkage and relationship of the corporate culture with core competitive advantages, as to prove the improvement of the core competitive power is the trend of further development of a commercial bank.
This article emphasizes the corporate culture of a commercial bank is the major component of the oore competitive advantages and discusses the way to create a first class corporate culture of a commercial bank.
