高职院校学生人际关系状况与家庭教养方式的相关性分析

高职院校学生是我国高等教育中的一个庞大而特殊的群体,关注他们的成长、成才,尤其是心理健康问题是目前高职院校思想政治教育工作者的一个重要课题。针对当前存在的高职生人际关系问题,笔者通过调查分析,发现家庭教养方式与学生人际关系状况有很大的相关性,充满情感温暖和理解的民主型家庭教养方式更能使人建构和谐的人际关系,由此为疏解学生人际关系中的矛盾、增强交流与沟通,构建和谐的人际网络找到一条路径。

The student in HVC is a huge and special community. It is an important task to pay attention to their growth, mature and particularly psychological healthy. The problem of psychological health of the students in HVC today is the key topic for the ideology and politics educators. The author has reached a conclusion that the interpersonal relationship problem and the parent rearing patten have the very big relevance through the survey, and discovered that the democracy parent rearing patten filling the emotion and the understand can more easily construct harmonious interpersonal relationship, so the author has foud a way to clear out the contradictions in the interpersonal relationship of students, enhance the exchanging and communicating in order to construct a harmonious interpersonal network.
