摘要
将43周龄后罗曼父母代鸡所产卵按蛋壳颜色分为褐色、斑褐色、粉色和奶黄色4组,分3批孵化。方差分析结果,受精率和孵化率以褐壳蛋最高(88.8%和86.27%),其次是斑褐色(82.2%和77.27%),第三是粉色(786%和74.83%),奶黄色蛋最低(74.17%和67.27%):健雏率也以褐壳蛋最高(100%),其次为斑褐色(98.4%)、奶黄色(97.7%)、粉色(95.2%):因此认为,在褐壳蛋鸡种蛋孵化时,应全部选用褐色蛋;当种蛋不足时,可选用斑褐色蛋。粉色和奶黄色蛋不宜作种蛋。
weeks old 'Roman' Parent chicken's eggs ,according to eggshell colour ,weredivided into 4 groups (i. e brown ,spotbrown , pink and yellow)and conducted 3 egg settings tohatch. The results of variance analysisshowed that fertilization rate and hatchability of brownshell eggs were thehighest(88. 8% and 86. 27% ) ,those of spot brown shell eggs were the second(82. 2%and 77. 27% ) ,pink were the third (78. 1% and 74. 84% ) ,yellow were the lowest (74. 17%and 67. 27%)respectively in the hatching eggs. Healthy squab chicken rate of brown shell eggwas the highest (100%) ,spot brown shell egg was 98. 4% , yellow and pink were 97. 7% and95. 2% respectively. For above reasons, brown shell eggs should be chosen completely for inbatching. Spot brown shell eggs might be selected if the stud eggs were not enough. Pink andyellow shell eggs.could not be selecied for hatching eggs.
