灌浆期持续干旱对不同产量潜势小麦品种灌浆特性的影响

Effects of Continuous Drought on Grain Filling Characteristics of Wheat with Different Yield Potential

利用盆栽试验研究灌浆期持续干旱对４种类型的小麦品种（小偃６号、长武１３１、超大穗和分３３）灌浆过程的影响。结果表明，高产品种超大穗和分３３有较高的灌浆速率且达到最大灌浆速率的时间早于另２个常规品种；灌浆期持续干旱可使其最大灌浆速率下降，达到最大灌浆速率的时间提前。高产品种其营养体各部分可向籽粒输送更多的物质，茎和茎鞘输出的时间早，穗轴和芒颖的输出晚；灌浆期持续干旱使输出更多，而对物质转移的具体时间影响不大。高产品种的源库关系比较协调。

Using method of pot experiment,effects of contiuous drought on grain fillingcharacteristics of wheat varieties(xiaoyan No.6 Changwu 131,Chaodasui and Fen 33 )were studied.The results Showed that Chaodasui and Fen 33 with high yield potential had higher grain filling rate(Rmax),and time of reaching Rmax were earlier.Their nutritional parts could output moresubtances to grain,the time of stalks and sheathes outputting were earlier but cob and beard andglume later.Continuous drought led to more subtances decomposing and outputting, but had lesseffect on time of shift. source and sink relation of high yield varieties were more coordinated thanthose common ones。
