从7月1日至9月20日．北京举办奥运会期间．济南市对进京机动车的车型和尾气实施定点监测。被检机动车两项指标合格后．环保部门现场发放全国统一奥运环保标志及合格证．该车可在北京市行政区域内行驶。
During the Olympic Games, Jinan City will monitor the types and the tail gas of the vehicles that will go to Beijing. After the two indexes are qualified, the environmental protection department will grant Olympic environmental protection signs and certificates to the vehicles. Then they can drive in the urban districts of Beijing.
