摘要 文章通过分析国内企业内部员工的现状及其存在的问题,尝试引入平衡计分卡,以加强对企业员工的有效激励,使其发挥最大的积极性、主动性、创造性,进而实现企业的经营战略目标,确保企业稳定、长期发展。
