摘要
目的应用红细胞内肌酸的酶测定方法,观察人红细胞内肌酸在血液贮存期间的变化量及其与无偿献血次数的关系。方法分组测定不同无偿献血次数者及库存不同时间血液的红细胞内肌酸的含量。结果血液库存期间,红细胞内肌酸的变化范围为:0%~72.5%(4℃库存0~42d)、0%~51.8%(室温储存0~28d)。不同无偿献血次数的献血者红细胞内肌酸测定结果经方差分析,各组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论红细胞内肌酸随血液库存时间延长红细胞衰老而降低,降低幅度与红细胞衰老程度呈正比,通过红细胞内肌酸降低的程度,可估计红细胞在库存期间的衰老变化程度;不同无偿献血次数的献血者红细胞内肌酸含量无明显差异,科学合理献血对献血者红细胞无影响。
Objective To observe the changes of the erythrocyte creatine when the blood is stored and the correlation between erythrocyte creatine content and blood donation frequency by using an enzymatic assay measurement of erythrocyte creatine. Methods Erythrocyte creatine content was measured in groups of blood donors with different times of donation and in groups of blood samples stored for a different period of time. Results The range of erythrocyte creatine was 0% ~ 72.5% for blood stored at 4℃ for 0 ~ 42 days and 0% ~ 51.8 % for storage at room temperature for 0 ~28 days respectively. There was no significant difference in the contents of erythrocyte creatine in blood sampled from different times of blood donation ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion As the blood storage time gets longer and erythrocyte ages, erythrocyte creatine decreases, and the decrease is in direct proportion to the ageing degree of erythrocyte. To what degree the erythrocyte has aged during the period of storage can be estimated by observing how much the erythrocyte creatine has decreased. There's no much difference in the erythrocyte creatine content of blood donors who have made different times of donation; therefore, blood donation in a proper scientific way does not affect a blood donor's erythrocyte.
