摘要
通过对卡盖成形过程的分析,找到了工艺方法的改进;通过计算设计出卡盖拉深模。通过实验证明,该模具的设计节省了焊材,提高了生产效率、产品质量。
Based on the analysis of cover moulding, technology method is improved and cover model is designed according to calculation. Proved by experiment, the model design saved welding material, increased manufacture efficiency and product quality.
