To introduce the principle of induction heating, the apparatus composing , development situation and production process flow of induction heating to produce oil-tempered steel wire. The characteristics of induction heating production line, such as fast heating speed, high productive efficiency, lower oxidation and decarbonization, scratch uneasy, high anti-elastic-reducing of steel wire, are also introduced. The development orientation of oil-tempered steel wire produced by induction heating is pointed out.
