摘要
介绍聚晶金刚石(PCD)拉丝模具电火花加工原理及加工工艺,通过对电火花加工设备的改进,电极材料、工作液、加工参数的选择研究,完成了PCD拉丝模的穿孔及各个区域角度的粗加工;通过对超声研磨机制、研磨质量的影响因素以及研磨工艺的研究,选择了合理的磨料粒度和抛光参数,完成了PCD拉丝模的抛光加工。
To introduce the electric discharging machining(EDM) principle and processing technology of polycrystalline diamond(PCD) drawing die. By improving the EDM equipment and studying on electrode materials, cooling fluid and processing parameters selection, the PCD drawing die perforation and the regional angle rough machining are completed. Through research on ultrasound grinding mechanism, the influence factors of grinding quality and grinding process, reasonable abrasive size and polishing parameters are selected. And the polishing process of PCD drawing die is completed.
