武钢计控技术回顾与展望

Retrospect and prospect of measurement and control technology in WISCO

介绍50年来,武钢在计控技术上的变迁和所取得的进步。在计量控制装备技术上,武钢计控经历了工业自动化仪表、控制系统、衡器计量设备的技术变迁,在船舶水尺计重技术、计量校准技术和设备维修技术上取得了长足的进步。在测控产品研发与工程技术集成创新上,武钢计控研发出冶金钢液复合测头系列、连铸专用测控系列、气体分析系列、轧钢控制及其他产品系列共4大系列测控产品,同时在炼铁及铁前工序、炼钢、轧钢等工程技术上获得集成创新。

The present paper introduces the evolution of the measuring and weighing control technology WlSCO has experienced as well as the progress of the technology it has achieved over the past 50 years. In the field of measuring and weighing control equipments and technology, the Measuring ＆ Weighing Control Company of WlSCO has gone through the technological changes of the industrial automation instruments, the control system, weighing and measuring equipments, and in the field of the shipping water gauge weighing technology, the measuring calibration technology and the equipment maintenance and repair technology it has achieved quite great progress and in the field of R ＆ D of the new measuring control products and the integration innovation of the engineering technology it has developed four primary measuring ontrol products series, namely, （1） the composite measuring head series for hot metal measurement, （2） the special measuring control system for continuous casting operation purpose, （3） the gas analysis series and （4） steel rolling control and other control product series and in the meanwhile it has achieved success in the integration innovation of the engineering technologies including iron-making and its up-stream processes, steel-making and steel roiling technologies.
