摘要
对2种野生食用菌的子实体进行了显微解剖结构研究,结果表明,双环林地蘑菇子实层中具有褶缘囊状体和侧囊状体,菌褶边缘的子实层主要由褶缘囊状体构成,菌髓中菌丝的排列方式属于混淆至不规则型,菌肉中的次生菌丝之间具有联合现象;红蘑菇的子实层中无囊状体,其菌髓和菌肉均由菌丝和髓球囊胞共同构成。
An anatomical study was carried out on the micro structure of the fruiting bodies of two kinds of wild eatable funguses.In Agaricus placomyces P K,there are cheilocystidia and pleurocystidia in the hymenium,the hymenium is mainly made up of the cheilocystidia in the side of lamella,the hyphe arrangement belongs to the intermixd irregular type in the trama,the secondary hyphe connections occur in the pileus meat.while in Russula sp.,there is not any cystidium in the hymenium,both the trama and pileus meat are all made up of both the mycelia and vesicular tissue.
