树龄及季节对银杏叶黄酮与萜内酯含量的影响 被引量:33

Seasonal Changes of the Contents of Flavonoids and Ginkgolides in the Leaves of Ginkgo biloba and Their Changes at Different Stages of Development of the Tree

摘要 探讨了苗木种类、树龄及季节对银杏叶黄酮与萜内酯含量的影响,结果表明,①嫁接苗、实生苗与扦插苗的叶片黄酮与萜内酯含量显著地高于其母树叶片黄酮与萜内酯含量,亲代与有性或无性繁殖后代黄酮与萜内酯含量存在一定相关关系;②不同树龄比较,以2~4年生的实生苗叶片黄酮含量最高;③5~10月份叶片黄酮含量逐渐提高,萜内酯9月份达到最大值,10月份略有下降。 The seasonal changes of the contents of flavonoids and ginkgolides in Ginkgo biloba leaves and their changes at different developing stages of the tree were studied.The results showed that:(1)flavonoid and ginkgolide content in leaves of seedlings,of which was either the scion taken from the mother tree or from the cutting bed at the juvenile district generated from seedling plant of the mother tree was higher than their mother plant remarkablely;(2)in comparison among plants with different ages,flavonoid content of 2~4 year old seedling plant was the highest and(3)flavonoid content in Ginkgo biloba leaves raised progressively from May to October,but ginkgolide content reached the peak value on September and came down slightly on Octo- ber.These results provided a scientific basis for the establishment and management of the leaf-pick orchard of Ginkgo biloba.
