南果梨F_1的遗传倾向分析 被引量:13

摘要 以南果梨为母本 F_1抗寒力较强,叶形有18.2%~34.3%为母本的卵圆形;叶缘有35.4%~54.4%为母本的刺芒状锯齿;叶脉与叶柄颜色不同程度的呈现母本的红色,两个组合分别为73.2%~64.9%,南果梨×象牙梨组合父本的影响为39.2%;叶大小多近似母本。F_1的果形以长圆形与圆球形为显性。品质遗传趋向于甜(39.1%~75.0%);汁多或极多;品质较好,南果×威宁大黄梨组合,品质上与极上的占50.0%,其余两个组合为15.4%与17.4%。香味遗传力弱。果重多趋于小果及中间类型。 The cross-bred F_1 offspring of Nanguo pear(maternal parent)is highly resistant to cold.It bears similari- ty to the maternal Nanguo in various aspects:18.2%~34.3% of the F_1 leaves are oval-shaped;35.4%~ 54.4%of the F_1 leaves are saw tooth-edged;73.2% of the leaf veins and stalks of one F_1 combination and 64. 9% of those of another bear some redness(for the combination of Nanguo×Xiangya such redness appears only in 39.2% of the stalk and veins as an effect of the paternal parent).The sizes of the F_1 leaves are also similar to these of Nanguo in most cases.The evident fruit shape of F_1 is either oval or round,and the fruit tends to have a sweet taste(accounting for 38.5%~50.0%)and slender(39.1%~75.0%),juicy pulp.The high and highest grades of F_1 fruits accounts for 50% for Nanguo×Xianning Dahuang and 15.4% and 17.4% for the rest two combination pairs,respectively.The heredity of fragrance is however weakened if compared to the maternal parent.The weight of fruits inclines to be that of small-fruit type or average.
