美国多元文化背景下中小学教师教育实习方式述评 被引量:6

摘要 美国公立学校多元化日趋明显,形成了"数字危机",这种"危机"必须促使教师有效教育少数民族学生。因此教师教育和多元文化教育合二为一,建立了一个新领域——多元文化教师教育。多元文化教师教育在实践经验和理论教育部分力求平衡,本文探讨了一系列实习方式、实地实习、服务性学习、现实性的途径。通过对几种实习方式的探讨,总结了多元文化背景下实习方式应遵循的原则。
