摘要
采用60Co-γ射线辐照诱变尖端菌丝,在辐照剂量为800Gy,剂量率8.3Gy·min-1的条件下,通过菌丝生长速度、拮抗试验、品比栽培试验选育出一株姬松茸优良菌株JB-6。新菌株在菌丝生长速度、出菇期及产量等方面,均优于对照菌株。
Under the conditions of radiation dose 800Gy and dose rate 8.3Gy· min^-1 with ^60Co-γ radiation exposuring the cusp of mycelium, a fine strain of Agaricus blazei Murrill JB-6 was selected which is superior to the contrasting one in terms of mycelium's growth rate, mushroom period and yield by means of testing growing speed and antagonistic test of mycelium and cultivation.
