摘要
目的探讨TGF-β1和P53在人结肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法通过免疫组织化学染色法检测53例结肠癌组织,32例结肠腺瘤组织及10例癌旁正常结肠中TGF-β1和P53的表达及其相互关系。结果TGF-β1和P53阳性表达在结肠癌组织中(62.26%,69.81%)均显著性高于癌旁正常结肠组织(10%,10%)和结肠腺瘤组织(15.63%,21.88%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和P53在淋巴结转移组的阳性率(78.57%,85.71%)高于无淋巴结转移组(44.0%,52.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和P53在结肠癌组织中表达有相关性(r=0.6528,P<0.05)。结论TGF-β1和P53可能参与了肿瘤生长和发展的共同通道,在大肠癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the expression of TGF-β1 and P53 in human colon cancer tissues and their clinical significamce. Methods The expressions of TGF-β1 and P53 were determined by immunohistochemistry in 53 cases of human colon adenocarcinoma,32 colon adenoma and 10 colon tissue adjacent to adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rates of TGF-β1 and P53 in the adenocareinoma, adenoma and normal mucosa were 10%, 15.6%, 62. 3% ; 10% , 21.9%, 68. 8% respectively. Expression of TGF-β1 and P53 in the adenocarcinoma were higher than those in normal mucosa and colon adenoma( P 〈 0. 05 ), cancer with lymph node metastasis showed significantly higher positive staining rate than those without nodal involvement ( P 〈0. 05) ,there was correlation between TGF-β1 and P53(r =0. 6528, P 〈0. 05). Conclusion TGF-β1 and P53 participate in common pathways in tumor development, progression and metastasis, and play an important role in colorectal carcinomas.
