摘要 在悠久的历史中,中华民族建构了一套成熟的,涉及个人伦理、家庭伦理、国家伦理以及宇宙伦理的道德价值与规范体系,还形成了以学校为核心的德育机构与制度及一整套完备的德育理论。德才兼备、以德统智的总体取向,修己达人、中和一贯的人生追求,寓理于事、化民成俗的实施策略,躬行践履、自律自省的修养路径是中国传统德育的精髓。对中国传统德育进行批判性继承和创造性转换,才能超越传统,适应现代,开辟中国德育的未来新路。 In the long run of the history, the Chinese nation has constructed a set of mature system of moral values and norms, with respect to the ethics of individual, family, the country and the universe, and has formed the school-centered institutions of moral education and a whole set of complete theories of moral education. It is the quintessence of the Chinese traditional moral education, that includes a total approach with both ability and integrity and with morality governing intelligence, the life pursuit of accomplishing oneself and aware of the others with neutralization and consistency, the implementation strategies that make reasoning contained into events and change folks into conventions, the cultivating ways of practicing personally what one preaches and of self-discipline and self-retrospection. Only when we inherit critically and transform creatively the Chinese traditional moral education, can we transcend the tradition and adapt to the modern time and blaze new traits for Chinese moral education in the future.
