流式细胞术在临床医学中的应用进展 被引量:8

摘要 流式细胞术(FCM)是一种对单细胞快速定量分析的新技术,能够快速分析单个细胞的多种特性,其既可以定性也可以定量,适于大量样品的检测。随着流式细胞分析技术与方法的日臻完善和临床应用范围不断拓宽,几乎临床医学各学科都涉及到流式细胞分析技术的应用,已逐渐成为推动临床医学发展的重要手段,本文就流式细胞术在临床上的应用进展作一综述。
