三种糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床比较研究

Clinical Effects of Three Paste Materials in Treatment of Periapical Periodontitis in Deciduous Teeth

目的评价氧化锌碘仿糊剂、Vitapex糊剂和空管药物治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效。方法随机将363个患牙分为3组,用氧化锌碘仿糊剂、Vitapex糊剂作为根管充填材料,空管药物作为药物治疗,随访3年。结果一年期Vitapex组与氧化锌组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与空管组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),空管组与氧化锌组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三年期各组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂是较理想的乳牙根管充填材料,近远期效果均优,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatment of deciduous periapical periodontitis applying zinc oxide paste with iodophores, Vitapex paste, or non-filling medication. Methods Three hundred and sixty-three teeth suffered from deciduous periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into three groups, treadted with zinc oxide paste with iodophores, Vitapex paste, or non-filling medication respectively. The patients were followed up for 3 years and the efficacy of each group was compared. Results During one year, there was a significant difference between zinc oxide paste with iodophores and Vitapex paste or non-filling medication（P 〈 0. 05）. the significant difference was observed among three paste materials in three years later. Conclusion Vitapex paste is one kind of ideal filling material, it will be the prior choice in clinical treatment.
