The importance of application of systems engineering in strengthening up the goals, entirety,openness and predictability of eco-agricultural construction is discussed. How to recognize the functions of eco-agricultural systems,correctly deal with its overall internal coordinate relation and the mutual adaptability with the external environment,and the connecting relation of its different developing stages are evaluated for increasing the standard of eco-agricultural construction.
