摘要
持续发展意味着经济、资源、环境和生态等稳定协调发展,寻求可持续发展需考虑各种资源的投入和产出,必须核算其成本、资金和效益。近几年实践表明,发展中国家寻求可持续发展资金的努力仅获得部分成功,资金缺乏现象依然存在。文中就可供我国借鉴的可持续发展的资金可能的来源,可采取的经济、财政措施及资金的合理流向进行了探索与分析。
Sustainable development means that economie growth could be achieved in harmony with natural resource endowment and the environment. The attempts of sustainable development have always be companied with the input and output of various resources, particularly the capital resource. The accounting of sustainable developmat and cost-benefit analysis could be needed. More attention should be paid to the quality,application and control of financial resources and mechanisms for sustainable developmeut.
