Reform ideas from production experience in Bao Jinshan brick and tile factory

从生产实际出发,介绍了自制的全新结构挤泥机、搅拌机;上下级螺旋全浮动的全钢挤泥机、搅拌轴双端浮动支承的单轴搅拌机及两端浮动支承的双轴搅拌机结构;隧道式人工干燥室,分风齿代替调风闸;多条干燥室分组采用小型轴流风机的实践;采用塑料管代替钢管做抽取真空的管道;真空泵喷出水直接用于搅拌;辊压型对辊机多级破碎等。

A new all-steel construction extruder with floating screw is introduced, which is self-made on the basis of production; the extruder is designed with new floating shaft system in its single mixer, and with reformed de-airing system and adding water system. Meanwhile introduces an artificial tunnel dryer with reformed air control system.
