摘要 省属高校引进高层次人才,对加强师资队伍建设和学科建设、提高学校核心竞争力十分重要和必要。省属高校要结合学校实际情况,准确定位、科学规划,提高引进高层次人才的实用度;要创造良好的工作条件,增强对高层次人才的吸引力;要推进体制及机制创新,提高引进高层次人才的效益;要营造和谐环境,积极为引进高层次人才创造良好的氛围。 The introduction of high-level talent into provincial universities is highly important and necessary for enhancing the construction of the team of teachers and sharpening the competitive edge of the universities. The following points must be paid attention to in the introduction work: considering the needs and conditions of the university and introducing the talents really needed; creating favorable working conditions to attract high-level talents; conducting innovations in systems and mechanism to make the talent introduction more productive and effective; creating a harmonious atmosphere for the introduction of high-level talents.
