The introduction of high-level talent into provincial universities is highly important and necessary for enhancing the construction of the team of teachers and sharpening the competitive edge of the universities. The following points must be paid attention to in the introduction work： considering the needs and conditions of the university and introducing the talents really needed; creating favorable working conditions to attract high-level talents; conducting innovations in systems and mechanism to make the talent introduction more productive and effective; creating a harmonious atmosphere for the introduction of high-level talents.
