摘要
报道了水性涂料在重涂过程中产生的特征性弊病——絮凝起粒。通过体视显微镜等多种观察手段,细致地观察了起粒时间、特征和各种形态,通过红外光谱和接触角分析探讨了其产生的原因,进一步提出了可能的形成机理。
This paper reported a typical defect of waterborne coating during rocating,seeding by floccultion. The formation time, feature and various forms of seeding were carefully observed with zoom - stereo microscope and other methods. The formation process was studied by IR spectrum and contact angle analysis, then a possible formation mechanism was proposed. Moreover, some solutions were suggested and tested by an application experiment.
