摘要
应用 ASPEN PLUS 软件对甲烷、二氧化碳催化转化制合成气反应过程进行模拟,研究了温度、压力变化对反应结果的影响。结果表明,采用平衡反应器(REquil)可以很好地模拟甲烷、二氧化碳催化部分氧化过程。为开展甲烷、二氧化碳催化转化制备合成气的研究提供参数。
Effects of temperature and pressure on the reaction results were studied through applying the software of ASPEN PLUS to simulate synthetic gas production from the catalytic conversion of CH4 and CO2. The results showed that the catalytic oxidizing process from CH4 and CO2 can be simulated through equilibrium reactor (REquil). And it provided parameters comparison for developing the study of synthetic gas production from the catalytic conversion of CO2 and CH4.
