高校竞技体育发展的现状与对策研究

为实现教育部培养真正的高水平大学生运动员走向世界大学生运动会及奥运会的战略目标,为促进高校竞技体育的发展,经过多年的摸索和尝试,高校的竞技体育工作取得了可喜的成绩,但是也存在很多亟待解决的问题.通过文献调研、专家访谈等方法对高校竞技体育的现状进行分析,提出关于高校竞技体育发展的对策,供主管部门参考,以改进高校竞技体育工作,使其向积极、规范、高效的方向发展.

In order to realize the strategic target posed by the Ministry of Education to foster university student-athletes of high level for the World University Games and Olympic Games＇, to promote the development of athletics sports of the universities, the work of athletics sports in universities has achieved gratifying achievement after many years＇of exploring and trying, but there still exist problems to be solved urgently. This paper, basing on literature and interview, analyses the situation of the athletics sports in universities and puts forward countermeasures, which can help the responsible department to improve athletics sports the in universities.
