摘要
此次设计介绍的是用粉末冶金法制取汽车发动机正时销座的过程。正时销座作为汽车发动机中的重要零件,其开发意义重大。产品经过具体分析后,确定了原料选取及生产设备的选择。原料为Fe-2.5Cu-1C;它是由-100目至+200目的还原铁粉、-100目至+200目的石墨粉体,以及-100目至+200目的铜粉用V型混料机混制而成。通过大量的理论计算和生产实践,制定了正时销座生产的模具样式和具体的生产工艺。为了获得所需要的性能,对原料进行了热处理:在氨气气氛中加热到860℃使之分解,860℃时开始在50℃的油中进行淬火,以150℃低温回火。
This design introduces the automobile engine blocks by powder metallurgy technic. Because block is the important parts of automobile engine, this design is very important. By material analysis, we finally chose the powder and production equipment. The material is Fe-2.5Cu-1.0C, using the reduced iron powder from - 100 to + 200 mesh, selected the graphite of flaky graphite of natural phosphorus from 100 to + 200 mesh for use and the copper powder is from 100 to + 200 mesh, which are compounded by the Model 'V compounding machine. Finally, We made the moulds structure and the production technology through a great deal of theoretical calculating and practical production. In order to obtain needed performance by heat-treating, we heated it to 860 ℃ in the decomposition of ammonia atmosphere and quenching into oil at 50 ℃, then tempering at lower temperature of 150℃.
