摘要
减压脱泡技术是一项玻璃熔制工艺中出现的新技术,已经引起玻璃行业的高度重视。国内一些科研单位及相关院校已经开始这方面的研究工作。采用减压脱泡后,微气泡数可降到0.2个/kg玻璃液,不仅能够消除气泡提高玻璃的质量;同时由于降低了熔化温度,既可以节省熔化澄清所需的燃料,又减少了氮氧化物的排放,有利于环境保护。
This technology is a new one concerning glass melting process, to which the glass industry has attached great importance. Some domestic scientific research institutes have proceeded with this research. By adopting de-bubbling through pressure reduction, glass quality can be improved after eliminating bubble, and at the same time melting temperature can be decreased by 150℃, 1 300 ℃, for the lowest. Due to melting temperature drop, 30% fuel is saved and NO, emission is reduced, which is good for environmental protection.
