摘要
国家已把加快发展中等职业教育作为教育事业改革和发展的重要战略突破口,强调要解放思想,改革创新,推动中等职业教育又好又快发展。中等职业学校校长的素质决定着中等职业学校的办学质量。加强中等职业学校校长培训是确保职业教育又好又快发展的需要,是职业学校校长队伍建设的需要,是完善职业教育质量保障机制的需要。
As strategic breakthrough in educational reform and development, technical Vocational education has been put into top priority with emphasis on teaching innovation while principal training will determine the success of running school. The training will guarantee qualified principals and help improve vocational education as a whole.
