Using Visual Basic and schematic diagram method to assess the cylindricity error, compare tt using handcraft plotting method, can avoid the trivially process and rough result; and compare to using calculate method, it become easy and visually. In this paper, instruct the procedure for use Visual Basic with Windows to assess the cylindricity error, and the result is very useful for the area of mechanics manufacturing process and quality control.
