全国10省市区贯彻“中央7号文件”精神及实施意见的研究

Execution of CCCPC's "Opinion on Strengthening Juvenile Sports and Building up Juvenile Health" in 10 provinces in China

研究全国10地颁发的贯彻中央7号文件的实施意见及其结构和内容,认为其总体上是中央7号文件精神在地方的细化,总要求差别不大。但是,各地又针对具体情况提出了各自的要求和措施,详略程度不一。特别是在加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的目标任务,加强体育师资队伍建设,加大经费投入和设施建设,加强督导评估等方面要求各不相同。有些在部分条款上还突破了中央7号文件的框架。

The comparison of local policies based on CCCPC＇s ＂Opinion on Strengthening Juvenile Sports and Building up Juvenile Health＂ in 10 provinces in China showed that the general requirements of these policies were almost the same. And there were further requirements and measures according to the local conditions. Meanwhile, there were different requirements with regard to the obiectives, the construction of the team of P.E. teachers,the funding of equipments,the supervision and the evaluation etc.
