学科视野下高等体育精英及精英教育实施途径

结合体育学科发展的现实,分析认为,体育大学和有体育专业的重点大学以及知名的体育学院应充当高等体育精英教育的主力军,其他的师范院校体育院系和其它综合院校体育院系,应发挥地方特色,可以适当地为社会培养各类体育精英人才。一般的体育院系培养体育精英只是选择和补充,教育的主体仍然是大众化教育。提出了高等体育精英教育培养的目标与规格及实施严格的入学筛选制度、开放两种教育的转学机制、建立通识加专识教育平台、实行导师制等实施高等体育精英教育的途径。

Sports universities, famous institutes of P.E. and key universities with departments of P.E. are the major forces in developing top sportsmen. General institutes of P.E. and universities with departments of P.E. should endeavor to train top sportsmen while emphasizing the development of general students. In this paper,objectives, enrollment system, transfer system, general and professional education of elite sportsmen are proposed.
