The Uncertain World Economy and China's Response

2003—2006年,是20世纪70年代以来世界经济增长最为强劲的4年。尤其是在2006年,世界经济增长率达到了3.9%,高于历史平均水平。2007年全球经济增长速度温和放缓,降低到3.6%,世界经济出现了一些新情况。2008年世界经济将在增长中进入起伏、不确定性加剧的局面,并会出现一些新的特点。

The years from 2003 to 2006 was the best period of world economic growth since the 1970s. Especially in 2006, the rate of increase achieved to 3.9% and was higher than average in the history. But in 2007, the rate of world economic increase slowed down to 3.6%, and the world economy showed some new problems. In 2008 the world economic growth will enter into a situation of increasing fluctuation and uncertainty, and will present some new characteristics.
