安全发展问题是一个重大的政治问题,具有重要的政治意义。只有牢固地树立科学的安全发展观,构建安全保障型社会,才能促进我国经济社会又好又快地发展。
Safe development is an important political issue and has a great political significance. Only by firmly establishing the scientific outlook on safe development and building a security-guaranteed society, can we achieve a sound and fast development of our economic society.
