摘要
在人工模拟高温高湿条件下,将柠檬、艾叶、肉桂、丁香、香茅和芥末6种植物提取的精油对高水分含量(17%)的大米进行防霉保鲜效果试验。试验结果表明,不同植物精油均有一定的防霉作用,其中芥末精油效果最好,能够明显地防止大米发霉,其最佳使用浓度为5μL/kg(米)。
Antifungal effect of six kinds of essential oils on high-moisture rice(17%) is researched under high temperature and moisture. The experimental results showed that all the essential oils have antifungal effect, and mustard oil has signifieant inhibitory effect than other essential oils and optimal eoneentration is 5 μl/kg rice.
