摘要
基于快速原型制造技术、数控技术以及激光熔覆技术的原理,研究了以回转表面为基体的金属零件直接成型技术的基本理论.为实现基于回转表面的金属零件直接成型加工,在快速原型设备中引入回转轴,并推导了基于圆柱面分层的STL模型分层算法.基于所推导的分层算法,编制了用于回转表面金属零件直接成型加工的数据处理软件和加工过程控制软件,并且进行了金属零件直接成型加工实验.
Based on the basic principle of rapid prototyping, numerical control and laser cladding, the basic theory of direct metal deposition based on revolving surface was studied. In order to achieve direct metal deposition on revolving surface, a rotary axis was added to the rapid prototyping equipment, and a STL model slicing algorithm based on cylinder surface slicing was proposed. Based on the proposed slicing algorithm, data processing and machining process control software were developed, and several machining experiments were carried out.
