泰特在心内直视术中的心肌保护作用 被引量:1

The Effect of Blood Cardioplegia with TAD on Myocardial Protection in Patients following Open Heart Surgery

摘要 目的观察心脏含血停搏液加入泰特(TAD)在心内直视术中的心肌保护作用。方法30例心内直视术患者随机分为两组,实验组在含血心脏停搏液中加入TAD(剂量600 mg),对照组单用含血心脏停搏液,分别经主动脉根部或切开主动脉经冠状动脉窦直接灌注,观察诱导停搏时间、心脏复跳情况、术后机械通气时间及术后正性肌力药物的应用情况。结果实验组较对照组自动复跳率高,诱导停搏时间、术后多巴胺用量、机械辅助通气时间显著减少。结论TAD加入心脏停搏液中具有良好的心肌保护作用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of cardioplegia with TAD in open heart surgery.METHODS In this study,30 patients with open heart surgery were divided randomly into two groups:TAD group(n=15)received TAD in cardioplegia solution,control group(n=15)did not receive TAD.The rate of heart spontaneous rebeating,defibrilation,arrhyarnia and cardiac inotropic agents used and its duration were recorded.RESULTS The ratio of myocardial auto-resuscitation in TAD group(93.3%)was significantly higher than that in control group(60.0%),and the period of post-operative mechanical ventilate in TAD group was shorter than that in control group.CONCLUSION Antegrade intermittent blood cardioplegia with TAD shows effective myocardial protection in open heart surgery.
