和胃煎剂对CAG小鼠胃黏膜上皮增殖行为的影响

Effect of Hewei Decoction on proliferating behaviour of gastric mucosal epithelium in mice with chronic atrophic gastritis

目的观察和胃煎剂对CAG小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和增殖行为的影响。方法以2%的水杨酸钠灌胃结合饥饱失常的方法制作小鼠CAG模型,使用和胃煎剂治疗28d后,显微镜下观察小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学的变化,采用免疫组化方法检测增殖指数。结果干预组慢性炎症程度与正常组比较无明显差别(P>0.05),模型组慢性炎症程度与正常组、干预组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01);干预组增殖指数与正常组比较无明显差别(P>0.05),模型组增殖指数明显高于正常组和干预组(P<0.01)。结论和胃煎剂可以显著改善CAG小鼠病理组织学变化,减轻炎症反应,抑制过度增殖,这可能是其防治CAG的机理。

Objective To observe the influence of Hewei Decoction on histopathology and proliferating behaviour of gastric mucosal epithelium in chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） mice and explore the mechanism of its effect on CAG. Methods By intragastric administration of 2% sodium salicylate combined with irregular diet for 56 days, CAG mice model was made successfully. After Hewei Decoction was used for 28 days, histopathological changes was observed under light microscope and proliferation index was calculated using imrnunohistochemical method. Results Based on inflammation degree, no significant difference existed between intervention group and normal control group （P 〉 0.05）, but there was significant difference between model group and the other two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. For proliferation index,no significant difference existed between intervention group and normal control group （P 〉 0.05）. while the proliferation index of model group was much higher than those of the other two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Condusion Alleviating inflammation reaction, improving histopathological changes and inhibiting excessive proliferation were the mechanism of effect of Hewei Decoction on CAG.
