经皮锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的手术技术和临床疗效。方法自2004年8月至2006年9月,我院采用经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折35例。根据AO分型:A型18例,B型10例,C型7例。合并同侧腓骨骨折23例,开放性骨折6例。结果平均随访时间9.8月(6-21月)。所有患者均达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为4.2月(3-10月)。按照Johner和W ruhs评价标准,优21例,良11例,中3例,差0例,优良率91.4%。结论在正确掌握手术技术的前提下,经皮锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折能够取得良好的临床疗效。 Objective To study the operative technique and clinical result of treating distal tibia fracture by internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate. Methods Thirty-five cases of distal tibia fractures were treated by internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate from 2004 August to 2006 September. According to AO classification,18 cases were type A fracture, 10 cases were type B and 7 cases were type C. Twenty-three cases were complicated with ipsilateral fibular fracture. Six cases were open fractures. Results The average follow-up period was 9.8 months(range 6 - 21 months). All cases achieved bony healing with the average healing period of 4.2 months (range 3 - 10 months). According to Johner and Wruhs' standard, there were 2 l excellent cases, 11 good cases and 3 fair cases. The rate of excellent and good cases was 91.4%. Conclusion Internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate is an effective method to treat distal tibia fracture and can achieve good clinical results if the operation skills could be mastered correctly.
