摘要
目的建立不同形状和直径纤维桩核修复下颌第二前磨牙的三维有限元模型,以分析研究其应力分布状况和优化设计。方法采用螺旋CT扫描离体下颌第二前磨牙,利用Mimics软件、Geomagic Studio软件和ANSA软件分别建立直径为根径的1/2、1/3、1/4和形状为柱形、锥形、梯形的纤维桩核修复下颌第二前磨牙的三维有限元模型。结果建立了八组结构精确的桩核修复下颌第二前磨牙的三维有限元模型,每组均包括了牙冠、桩核、牙根、牙胶尖、牙周膜、牙槽骨6个部分。结论所建模型与实体模型具有良好的几何相似性和生物力学相似性。
Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular second premolar restored with different shapes and diameters fiber post-core. Methods Mandibular second premolar was detected by spiral CT scan and "Mimics"," Geomagic Studio" and "ANSA" softwares were applied to establish the finite element model with three different shapes( column post,cone post and trapezium post)and three different diameters (1/2,1/3 and 1/4 of root diameter)fiber post-core, Results Eight groups of the accurate finite element model of mandibular second premolar restored with different shapes and diameters fiber post-core were established, each group included six parts of crown, post-corn, root, gutta-percha point, periodontium and alveolus, Conclusion The biomechanical similarity and geometrical analogy of the model are quite good ,and the method is considered to be accurate and rapid.
