摘要
建立了以ZorbaxSIL柱,二氯甲烷+甲醇为流动相的高效液相色谱法测定利收在大豆及土壤中的残留动态。大豆植株、青豆和大豆籽粒样品最低检出浓度为0008mg/kg,土壤样品为0004mg/kg,方法回收率为8720%~9476%。利收在大豆植株和土壤中半衰期分别为2d和26d,最终残留量均低于检测极限。
The results showed that flumicloracpentryl could be degraded rapidly in plant of soybean and soil, with halflife ranging from 2.0 d and 2.6 d, respectively. The final residue dosage were less than limit of detection. The residual pollution of flumicloracpentryl is negligible.
