P91主蒸气管道热电偶插座裂纹分析及在线修复 被引量:4

摘要 为了处理锅炉水压试验时P91主蒸气管道上热电偶插座处发现的焊接裂纹,从结构、材质及焊接工艺等几方面对产生裂纹的原因进行了分析,进而提出了相应的在线修复工艺。在线修复后,进行了外观目测、无损检验、硬度检测及金相试验等质量检测。修复后锅炉运行至今已超过两年时间,修复处未出现任何问题,说明修复是成功的。 During a boiler hydraulic pressure test,cracks was found at the joining place of thermocouple insets on P91 main pipes.In order to eliminate the cracks,reasons was analyzed from the structure,material and welding procedure.A corresponding online repairing technique was developed and carried out,and then the repaired places were inspected by means of visual inspection,non-destructive test,hardness test and metallographic test.The boiler has been working for more than two years,and no problem occurs any more,which proves that the developed repair technique is applicable.
