摘要
研究喷洒碳酸氢钾(KHCO3)对大豆幼苗叶片光合作用影响的结果表明,喷施KHCO3的大豆幼苗光合速率和核酮糖-1,5二磷酸羧化/氧化酶(Rubisco)羧化活性提高,加氧酶活性下降,PSI、PSII和光合电子传递速率均提高,光合色素含量也增加。
The effects of KHCO3 on the photosynthesis of soybean seedling leaves were studied in this paper. The results showed that the photosynthesis rate and RuBPCase activity were enhanced, but RuBPOase activity was decreased simultaneity. Furthermore, the electron transport activities of PSI, PSII and the whole photo- synthetic chain were increased, the photosynthetic pigment contents were also increased with the KHCO3 treatment.
