摘要
研究5~25mmol·L-1CaCl2溶液浸种的白三叶品种‘海法’种子萌发特性的结果表明,酸水胁迫下经CaCl2溶液浸种过的白三叶种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数以及幼苗鲜重和干重均增大,且均随着溶液中CaCl2浓度的上升而增大,白三叶种子浸种以15~20mmol·L-1CaCl2的效果为最佳。
The protective effect of CaCl2 solution on germination of Trifolium repens ‘Haifa' seeds under the acid water stress was studied. The results indicated that with the increasing of the CaCl2 solution concentration, the values of germination energy, germination percentage, germination index and vigor index of T. repens seeds and the fresh and dry weights of seedlings under the acid water stress increased gradually, and the CaCl2 concentrations ranged from 15 to 20 mmol·L^-1 were appropriate.
