6-苄氨基嘌呤和乙烯利对小麦叶片碳素输出和分配的调节 被引量:5

摘要 在盆栽条件下,采用活体测量和定期取样测定的方法,研究了6苄氨基嘌呤(BA)和乙烯利(ETH)处理对小麦幼苗第1茎生叶14C同化物输出动态和向各器官中分配的影响。结果表明:饲喂后48小时内,叶片14C输出占引入量的90%以上,叶片14C同化物输出动态符合负指数方程(y=0.716e-0.0506t,rt,lny=-09623)。BA和ETH处理未改变叶片中14C同化物输出的大体趋势,输出动态曲线分别为y=07319e-00471t(rt,lny=-09676)、y=06912e-00567t(rt,lny=-09555),叶片14C输出50%需要的时间大小次序为:BA(81h)>CK(71h)>ETH(57h)。CK、BA、ETH处理的叶片14C同化物输出速率(v)随时间的变化方程分别为v=00363e-00506t、v=003450e-00471t、v=00392e-00567t,最大输出速率(Vmax)的大小次序为:ETH(392%/h)>CK(363%/h)>BA(345%/h)。表明BA抑制而ETH促进了14C同化物从叶片中的输出。定期取样? The regulation effects of 6 benzylaminopurine (BA, 0.05g/L) and ethyrel (ETH, 0.5g/L) on export of carbo assimilates from wheat leaf and its partition in the whole plant were studied using 14 CO 2 labeling method. Within 48 hours after labeling, more than 90% of the 14 C assimilates were exported from the labeled leaf. The kinetic equation of 14 C remained in labeled leaf treated by BA, ETH and control were y=0.716e -0.0506t (r t,lny =-0.9623 ** ), y=0 7319e -0.0471t (r t,lny =-0.9676 ** ), y=0.6912e -0.0567t (r t,lny =-0.9555 ** ), respectively. The duration for 14 C to reduce to 50% of the total 14 C were 8.1h (BA),7.1h (CK) and 5.7h (ETH). The exporting equatons of 14 C from labeled leaf with different treatments were V BA =0.0363e -0.0506t , V CK =0.03450e -0.0471t , V ETH =0.0392e -0.0567t . The maximum rate of export were increased by ETH and decreased by BA. It indicated that neither BA nor ETH changed the trends of 14 C assimilate export and BA decreased the rate of 14 C assimilates export from labeled leaf. Therefore 14 C assimilates remained in leaf was higher, while ETH acted quite different. In the total 14 C assimalates of wheat seedling, 50%~60% partitioned in newborn leaf, 20% was changed into structural compounds, 10% partitioned in roots, 10% was hold by stem and tiller node and little was exported to leaves and sheaths below the labeled leaf. BA retarded 14 C assimilates export from the labeled leaf. Both the 14 C assimilates partitioned in newborn leaf and leaves (including sheaths) below the labeled leaf were decreased. Export of 14 C assimilates to roots were retarded by both BA and ETH. \ \
