摘要
手足口病是儿科的一种常见传染病，由于常为一般型病例，预后良好，不被人们所重视。然而，手足VI病可以引起流行和爆发，也可以出现重症，导致死亡，严重威胁儿童健康。为提高和普及手足口病的相关知识，中华医学会儿科急救学组副组长、湖南省医学会副会长兼急诊专业委员会主任委员、湖南省儿童医院院长祝益民教授根据救治经验主编了《手足口病防治指南》。
